1. What about the sermon challenged, encouraged, or confused you? What, if anything, would you like further clarification on?
2. How do you view your current daily environment—whether a marketplace job, volunteer role, or retirement project—as a vital opportunity to serve a higher purpose?
   
3. How do you practice single-hearted integrity in your present daily tasks when no one is watching or when you feel tempted to cut corners?
   
4. For those currently working, how do you avoid using pressure to motivate others? For those retired, how do you model this same respect when interacting with service workers or volunteers?
   
5. How do you maintain an attitude of genuine cooperation and respect when dealing with difficult leadership, and how can this group support you?
   
6. For those working, how does your identity outside of your career title (i.e. in Christ) keep you grounded? For retirees, how have you transitioned your skills into this new season?
   
7. What is one practical adjustment you can make to your daily routine this week to ensure your interactions serve as a positive example of Christ to those around you?
